We offer payment options in the form of 6 moth Lay-By or you can use paypal. Plus we accept all major credit cards.
We don't offer a trade in scheme, however if you have an old bike you don't need after purchase of a new bike we can dispose of it for you through one of our charity connections.
We can service and have had experience with many major brands on the market. We have no issue servicing a bike that was not purchased in our store and will always do what we can to get you back out riding ASAP.
If you need your bike back on the same day it's important to make a booking and confirm with us in case we need to order parts. If you are in no hurry then it's fine just to drop your bike off.

Most repairs have an average turnaround of 24 hours.
Please be aware that this may change during busy times or if we need to order parts.
We will always notify you if this is the case.
We can provide servicing for all brands of Electric Bicycles, however please be aware with the huge number of different brands on the market, it's not always a simple task with out access to local suppliers. For brands we stock, we always have excellent support and turn around times. If you're not sure just give us a call before you bring your bike in.
No, we are not permitted to have petrol engines in our store due to certain council regulations.
Yes we can perform service and repairs to most brands of front and rear suspension components.
Please check to ensure we have the correct parts in stock before making a booking, this will ensure a faster turn around.
Unfortunatley we don't have the facilities to provide this service.
We are a major Cannondale dealer, but as an independent bike store we're able to carry a wide range of products and brand. We carry BMC, Haro, Mongoose, Apollo, Cult, Intense just to name a few. We also stock a wide range of accessories such as Vittoria, Fox, Maxxis, Assos, Pearl Izumi, Lazer, Shimano, Sram and the list goes on!
